Job Description: Collaborate with the Human Resources team on policies, strategies, and department goals Oversee and manage every aspect of the benefits program Work to evaluate and modify the benefits program Manage compliance and inquiries with regards to the benefits program Audit benefits billings and prepare invoices Analyze benefits data to produce the most cost-effective program Work with the payroll team as necessary Maintain a strong relationship with benefits vendors Other assignments as needed
Qualifications: Proven experience in benefits management Demonstrated knowledge of benefits procedures Experience with international development Impeccable communication and organizational skills Ability to manage confidential information Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team Passion for customer service HRIS proficiency Ability to travel as needed
