Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sales Writing & Messaging Lead to join the Worldwide Sales Enablement team focusing on sales content and ability to tell the AWS product and services story in an engaging way.

In this role, this person will be responsible for writing sales content for our global training and enablement programs. This includes developing engaging sales content and helping create strategic messages that resonate with the sales teams. This includes writing sales content in support of major change initiatives, learning programs, and create engagement to help educate the sales teams and technical selling resources.

Responsibilities:
· Develop communications that meet senior AWS leaders' business objectives and drive overall business goals.
· Write messaging and sales content for executive speaking, presentations, and other leadership communications that reach a wide variety of audiences.
· Assist with writing and editing strategic business proposals for new business opportunities.
· Distill technical information, complex business processes, and change impacts into crisp, user-friendly communications that drive awareness and adoption of programs and initiatives.
· Propose, execute, and scale new ways of creating and distributing communications that expand program awareness and adoption globally.

Strong preference for Seattle , but open to these additional locations: New York, NY/ Los Angeles, CA/ Seattle, WA/ San Francisco, CA/ or other Virtual locations in the US where Amazon has a presence will be considered. Ability to accommodate 25% travel.


· 7+ years of technical writing experience
· Experience with copy writing and editing.



· Experience creating sales content: digital, written, video, or visual materials.
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role.
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/sales depth and complexity for this role.
