Summary/ObjectiveThe Program Coordinator provides and manages administrative support for every aspect of the Justice Programs Office (JPO), including overseeing internal office management, staff support, budgetary procedures, communications, event planning, asset management, and relations with internal and external staff. This position is additionally responsible for (1) supporting the JPO Student Fellowship Program; (2) administering staff and student onboarding; (3) supporting Project Directors on tasks to successfully accomplish grant deliverables, including event logistical planning, developing consultant agreements and letters of authorization, conference reporting forms, webinars, managing resource/publication inventory, and general program assistance as needed.
