Arcadia Power is seeking a highly talented, organized, results-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our Customer Experience Team. This position will help with all customer-facing facets of our business: customer support, clean energy troubleshooting, and billing needs. You'll wear many hats, and help ensure the highest level of customer support.


Some responsibilities include:

  • Answer phone, email, and chats to educate customers about renewable energy certificates and work customers through our signup funnel
  • Activate and setup new accounts in our database across over 450+ electric and natural gas utilities
  • Interact with customers regarding utility billing questions and concerns
  • Stay up to date on home energy trends and tips to help homeowners save energy
  • Contribute to the overall growth and objectives of the company
  • Working on resolutions with our billing department
  • Help create a home energy experience customers can love
  • Weekend and evening work may be required

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer experience/support role, preferably in an online environment
  • Strong analytical background and obsess over the details
  • Results oriented drive and solid work ethics
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
  • Resourceful, collaborative, and problem-solving
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce/Zendesk) a plus
  • Background in and understanding of renewable energy a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish a plus
