Job Summary

Our client, a premiere commercial real estate company located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Concierge to help their busy properties!

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred for this role

  • 1+ years of professional experience is required - interest in commercial real estate is a huge plus!

  • Strong oral communication skills and excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively solve problems as needed and possess a strong work ethic

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

  • The Job:

  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and greet visitors

  • File invoices and update databases

  • Submit service requests for building maintenance and janitorial service through online request system

  • Receive mail and deliveries and distribute them throughout the office

  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants regarding packages and mail, maintenance issues, property events, guest/visitor parking policies, etc.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • This is a temporary opportunity that role! This position pays $15/hour.
