/Access Technical Manager

Key Role:

Support the Federal Electronic Health Records Modernization (FEHRM) office as the Enclave and Access Technical Manager. Analyze joint policies, evaluate technologies, and ensure that appropriate tactics, techniques, and procedures are in use. Enforce user identity and access management of providers and patients. Direct the program requirements into artifacts.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience in all aspects of Cybersecurity with a vast array of IT systems involving end-user as well as enterprise-level networks

-Experience in designing and implementing systems that meet agency Cybersecurity policy and regulations

-Experience with Cybersecurity tools, network topologies, intrusion detection, PKI, and secured networks

-Ability to develop and implement identity access management across a Joint organization VA and DoD with minimal supervision

-Ability to define technical design requirements based off of VA and DoD standards, requirements, and guidelines

-Ability to leverage best practices in the design, maintenance and operation of a Joint enterprise IAM solution

-MA or MS degree in CS, Electronics Engineering or other engineering or technical field or an additional 10 years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in the VA or DoD or both

-Experience with implementing Electronic Health Records

-Experience with IAM in a healthcare setting

-Knowledge of best practices in a commercial environment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-PhD degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering, Business, or a related field

-Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), Microsoft Certified, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or Amazon AWS Certified Security - Specialty Certification
