Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Job Description

Responsibilities: Provide insight to Sales leadership through effective analytics on product/industry trends, regional performance, product adoption, productivity, pipeline management and sales effectiveness Mine data sources for new information and metrics, implementing new data collection systems where existing information is limited. Work with fellow team members and IT partners to continuously improve, streamline and automate report design, production, delivery and documentation Manage sales forecasting process with the RVPs and the weekly MMM with sales force Implement global programs and processes across the salesforce. This may include new productivity measures, sales tools, compensation initiatives and SPIFFs Assist the Director of Sales Finance to drive business strategies and operational execution Provide ad hoc analyses to sales management Act as a subject matter expert on CoStar sales process and procedures Serve as a liaison with other divisions like Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Marketing and Shared Services Requirements: 7+ years in sales, sales operations, finance or management consulting, demonstrating professional growth and a trend of increasing responsibility An analytical business background, problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and high attention to detail Should have a track record of strong communication and collaboration skills with both financial and non-financial professionals. Competence in CRM, Microsoft Office and other data visualization software for reporting and analysis Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment is a must Experience working in a highly matrixed global organization with reporting lines into multiple departments Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance An MBA is preferred but not required So why work for CoStar?
