? Prepare and develop system security, accreditation, and certification documentation.

? Advise and assist subordinate organizations in the preparation of RMF documentation, Approval to Operate (ATO) requests for existing and proposed system changes.

? Review submitted documentation for accuracy and completeness.

? Advise the AO on risk potential for changes to the network as documented.

? Maintain a repository for all organizational or system-level cybersecurity-related documentation, to include approved hardware and software for agency systems.

? Develop risk mitigation documentation describing how to manage identified system risks.

? Work with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure IA compliance for all systems requiring connection/access to agency networks.

? Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with accreditation documentation and status.

? Prepare and document all other required system accreditation, certification, and validation requests and packets, as required, for agency systems

? Provide policy guidance/recommendations to agency as required.



? Requires Bachelor's degree in related field

? Must have five (5) years of IA management and technical experience performing C&A associated duties
