Will need rare clinical supervision. In addition to clinical work, will be assigned clinical mentoring of new graduate and new staff members; supervision of physical therapist or physical therapist assistant students; and additional training responsibilities (\"Save your Back\", monthly nursing orientation, etc.). Efficiently manages own workload and coordinates activities of PT Aide or Rehab Assistant with rare supervision.
