The Office of Human Resources (OHR) has an opening on its recruitment team for a detail opportunity for 120 days from the date of assignment with further extensions possible. The recruitment team develops plans, programs and materials to support NHTSA recruitment goals. The Recruitment Specialist will:
The Ideal Candidate is a self-reliant skilled professional with experience and knowledge of recruitment concepts and principles. Prior recruitment experience is a plus. He/she will have strong communications and writing skills, be proficient in MS Excel and Word, and have the ability to work cooperatively across all areas of NHTSA and with other DOT OAs.

PLEASE NOTE: No funding or temporary duty travel expenses will be paid for by the agency offering this detail opportunity. It is recommended that the successful candidate be physically located in the Washington, DC area.
