Responsibilities:OBXtek is looking to hire a qualifiedSenior Human Resources Specialistto be responsible for supporting the OBXtek Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Patrol's RABAS contract for Administrative Support Personnel Services.The Senior Human Resource Specialist shall:* Be experienced and possesses significant knowledge in one or more areas of human resources support functions, including in-depth knowledge of human resource personnel filing organization, management and disposition/retention policies, particularly in a federal environment.* Be experienced working with DHS.* Be experienced in creating and executing plans for actions with minimal supervision.QualificationsMinimum education: Bachelor s Degree or eight years of experience within the area of assignment is required.Must have proven administrative skills relevant to HR operations, including alpha/numeric filing skills and fluently with office equipment as well as ability to use the computer and software comparable with the office.Must possess strong oral and written communication capabilities.Must have ability to work independently in the performance of assigned duties.Will be required to go through a Public Trust background check.Company InformationHeadquartered in Tysons Corner, Virginia and founded in 2009, OBXtek is a fast-growing leader in the government contracting field.
