PROLIM Global Corporation( is currently seeking M icrosoftDynamics CRM Functional Consultant in Washington, DC with one of our top Clients. 


  • Understand business requirements and translate them into functionalrequirements
  • Verify the application matches requirements and ensure the applicationmeets end user expectations;
  • Conduct gap analysis;
  • Document business requirements and facilitate requirement sign-off withappropriate business stakeholders;
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
  • Evaluate current business processes against the standard MicrosoftDynamics CRM functionality;
  • Conceptualize and design a best-practice solution that leverages productand industry knowledge, as directed by business requirements;
  • Facilitate the decision-making process and develop functional designsthat will drive the development process;
  • Socialize and refine detailed functional designs with other project teamleads and client business representatives;
  • Communicate designs to business, development, testing and training teams
  • Manage design updates;
  • Provide insight into designs, verify test conditions and assist withUser Acceptance Testing and Demonstrations;
  • Manage defect triage and management activities during internal andexternal testing events;
  • Plan and perform quality reviews of project deliverables prior torelease;
  • Develop and maintain detailed functional knowledge of Microsoft DynamicsCRM and the Customer Service Management System;
  • Perform special technology projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist in documenting business requirements document for itsimplementation of Business Development System using Microsoft Dynamics CRM2013. 
  • Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Deep Know-How and proven record of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementationlife-cycle
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts (i.e. Configuration,Customization, Workflow, Integration etc.);
  • Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration methods(Web services,);
  • Experience in Business Analysis;
  • Proven experience in defining requirements for solutions inmultiple-entity environments;
  • Experience developing and employing functional project artifacts (UseCases, User Stories, Requirements Definitions, Process Definitions, Userinterface Design);
  • Experience working with formal SDLCs, business analysis methodologiesand major project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.);
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability toclearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders;
  • Experience using standard project tools including Microsoft Project,Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources;
  • Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting notes,presentations and other documentation/communications;
  • Experience in performing Analysis and Design on large systemsintegration project with multiple organizations;
  • Experience working in integrated teams comprising of employee andconsultant resources;
  • Project management experience.
