Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is seeking a Program Manager supporting a federal contract.
The selected individual will be an integral part of a multi-organizational team tasked with supporting healthcare transformation within a government agency. Innovative support will be necessary across several areas, including: Program and Project Management and Integration, Improvement and Change Management, Data and Analyses, Training, Strategic Communications and Implementation, Supply Chain, Financial Management Modernization, and Policy Support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide program management leadership healthcare systemsLeverage strategic communications and thought leadership and apply expertise in supporting the management of a joint program officeMaintain responsibility for the development of executive briefings, compilation of program management reports, action item collection and monitoring, development of standard tracking and reporting tools for effective program managementManage staff work on schedule and risks for inclusion in program management toolsFacilitate team meetings, prepare presentations, coordinate team input and responses to short suspense taskers, and ensure effective communication across clients and support staffManage the development of key deliverables and develop executive-level reports, government briefings, and other support visualization productsGuide contract support staff to identify challenges, determine solutions, and make recommendations and aid contract support in determining effective solutions to problems with minimal direction and in short time frames
Minimum Qualifications:Masterâ€™s degree and 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare areas7+ years of experience supporting a large corporation or government agencyExperience in effectively leading and directing the work of a teamPMP or similar certificationAbility to prepare and present executive-level reports, memos, and briefings to government leadershipStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint Strong facilitation skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven ability to lead teams Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely Ability to obtain a Public Trust if required
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with large health systems and/or VA
