Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is seeking a Program Manager supporting a federal contract.

The selected individual will be an integral part of a multi-organizational team tasked with supporting healthcare transformation within a government agency. Innovative support will be necessary across several areas, including: Program and Project Management and Integration, Improvement and Change Management, Data and Analyses, Training, Strategic Communications and Implementation, Supply Chain, Financial Management Modernization, and Policy Support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management leadership healthcare systems
  • Leverage strategic communications and thought leadership and apply expertise in supporting the management of a joint program office
  • Maintain responsibility for the development of executive briefings, compilation of program management reports, action item collection and monitoring, development of standard tracking and reporting tools for effective program management
  • Manage staff work on schedule and risks for inclusion in program management tools
  • Facilitate team meetings, prepare presentations, coordinate team input and responses to short suspense taskers, and ensure effective communication across clients and support staff
  • Manage the development of key deliverables and develop executive-level reports, government briefings, and other support visualization products
  • Guide contract support staff to identify challenges, determine solutions, and make recommendations and aid contract support in determining effective solutions to problems with minimal direction and in short time frames
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare areas
  • 7+ years of experience supporting a large corporation or government agency
  • Experience in effectively leading and directing the work of a team
  • PMP or similar certification
  • Ability to prepare and present executive-level reports, memos, and briefings to government leadership
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust if required
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large health systems and/or VA
