Job Title: 18020 ISR Operations Personnel Management Support Work Location: NCR (JISROC-Pentagon and/or Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (HQ DIA)) Clearance: Current/Active TS+ Education: HS Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience: 3 years Job Listing Number: DC18002 LCAT: 18020 ISR Operations Personnel Management Support Overview: USSTRATCOM assumed a broad range of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) roles and missions under the President of the United States (POTUS) Unified Command Plan which directed assumption of Global ISR management. USSTRATCOM is responsible for planning, integrating, and coordinating ISR in support of strategic and global operations and advocating for ISR capabilities. The JFCC-ISR supports oversight and management of the DoD ISR and associated PED enterprise by developing and synchronizing global ISR plans and allocation strategies to satisfy combatant command and national requirements. The JFCC-ISR functions and resources has been reconstituted as two (2) integrated Joint Staff components, the newly established JISROC Chairman's Controlled Activity (CCA) and the Joint Staff J-32 enabling the CJCS to assume leadership for synchronization of Combatant Command (CCMD) and Military Service ISR efforts. JISROC requires Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to provide personnel management support for ISR operations. Specific Duties: Support USSTRATCOM JFCC-ISR with support through the following: ISR Mission, Roles, and Responsibilities. Thoroughly assess, work, coordinate, and staff ISR issues and processes for approval/completion both in/out of the Joint Staff. Contractor personnel shall attend ISR-related meetings and conferences to support the integration of DoD and national collection efforts. Contractor personnel shall document and provide notes, prepare briefings (as required) representing the JISROC position and mission areas at conferences and meetings. Manage and execute JISROC/J-32 web presence. Provide subject matter expertise and in-depth knowledge in Share Point and Microsoft office applications to develop/maintain webpages on multiple networks. Support the component leadership in all aspects of ISR personnel management and coordination and tracking of tasking's from both internal and external sources. Provide executive leadership support. Manage/coordinate schedule and correspondence via Microsoft office. Plan and execute travel events utilizing DTS (Defense Travel System) while ensuring protocol standards. Support to Events. Provide support to ISR planning events/working groups/boards/conferences. Skills: Critical thinking skills, both qualitatively and quantitatively Ability to prepare a well-grounded, defensible argument Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Strong technical and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization desired Familiarity with Joint processes, operations, and commands. Qualifications: Possess at least three (3) years' experience in staffing, communication, and coordination efforts across Combatant Commands, Services, interagency and the joint military environment.
